this better be worth it
there's probably nothing in the world that makes me cringe as much as the medicine i'm taking. it's Chinese medicine, so it's basically just some stuff that's been boiled. they packaged it for me in convenient single-serving plastic bags, a whole month's worth. the taste is not just really really bitter, but frankly and inarguably disgusting. there's a pool at most bathouses with a herb bag in it, which is supposed to be good for you somehow. well, this medicine tastes like that pool smells. it even has an aftertaste that lasts for a long time. usually, people here will take their medicine and then have a candy afterwards to get rid of the taste. if i take an altoid, it's not so bad.
i go back for more acupuncture on saturday. maybe there's a thing he can do to make it not taste so bad.

the main problem is that it's extremely bitter. so plugging my nose won't do anything.
it's so bad it makes me shiver.
